We stopped in Bemidji , MN for the express purpose of introducing Finn to Paul Bunyan. This is Paul’s most famous home. Most of Paul’s tales come from the America’s lumber jack history in Minnesota.
Finn McCool is named after one of Ireland’s greatest legendary figures! Both were noted for their extraordinary size and height!
Tomorrow is another rest day, so we will be here another night. We will catch up on laundry, too!

We didn’t go to lunch today. Jane has a problem with her heel and has to stay off her foot for a while. Judy couldn’t go because of her PT visits. Debbie couldn’t go so we just canceled. She has news that I’ll let her share with you.
I’ll send out a message next week for dates for September and get something set up.

this brought back many childhood memories! My uncle had a cabin in the area and we vacationed there a lot. Always made a Paul Bunyan stop! What an amazing trip you’ve had!
