Vagabond Tales- Joshua: Faith in Action

First off… we have news! We heard from the winner of the Vagabond Spinner Contest. She received her prize…Canadian Maple Tea and a small, very small Banff puzzle. Congratulations,once again to Judy! And thanks to all of you, who entered! You have encouraged us by your participation!

One of us has had peach juice running down his or her chins…

We will let you guess who! This morning, we were not quite up and at ‘um at the crack of dawn but we knew our peach slurping was not going to be fast enough to beat the ripening process. What do you do when you can’t keep up? Well, you make pies and freeze them, Yes, that can even be done in a small camper like ours!

We hiked a bit with Finn around The Old Mill Stream after the pies! I took a picture of this echinacea, so that I can ask around the nurseries in our area if they carry it! I love the color!

We have been to several Sight and Sound theatrical presentations in Branson, MO but had not been to Lancaster before. This year was the story of Joshua! I cannot even try to explain this extraordinary production! It made me weep several times! I’m thankful for this group of professionals, who bring Biblical stories to life in such a magnificent way!

The story of Joshua reminds us that God’s plans are fulfilled not through human strength but through hearts fully surrendered to God!

All in all, an absolutely perfect day!❤️
