It has certainly been a while since we have taken to the road. At least a year. We left this morning with warmer weather on our minds. Stopping early in McDonald, Tennessee, afforded us the time to de-winterize our camper, just outside of Cleveland , TN. Our eyes were on the prize of taking our oldest grandson, Nicholas and his wife, Erica out to eat. Champy’s… a first for the four of us. Although they are known for their chicken, the catfish had the better reviews from our crew.
Stay tuned tomorrow, as we will share our itinerary along with a map. If all goes as planned, we should be in Alabama tomorrow evening!
