Today was the day that Harry had a surprise “Driving in the Rain Road Test!” Out of our five hour drive…I think he drove 4 1/2 in pouring rain! He Passed! Three cheers for Harry!
We arrived at our site just about 1/2 an hour before our friends, Charlie and Suzanne Buchleiter. Being early, allowed Harry to help them get things situated. Charlie recently had shoulder surgery and is not yet out of PT.
It is a joy to get together with friends and pick right up where you left off. Suzanne and Charlie had us over for hamburgers and fixings while their dog, Duke and Finn tried to make friends…all while in their camper! Neither dog is too small but Duke took the high-ground and Finn the low and I think they are on the way to being good buddies!
