September 25, 2022. Naperville, Illinois. Mom’s Driveway. Site 1
Today was a long drive day but we made it to Naperville around 4:30. I think my Mom had been waiting all day at the front door because she was standing there saying hello while we were parking the camper on her drive. We usually don’t tell her we are coming and just surprise her but she had been asking when we were coming every single night on the phone and I finally relented and told her yesterday evening. I probably shouldn’t have…I bet she didn’t get much sleep last night.

Thank you, Debbie! She looks much thinner than I remember her being in June but I think that is normal as we get older!
