**Important celebration tomorrow!

We finally arrived and lost an hour along the way.
We are now on Mountain time again!

Harry celebrated his 72nd birthday today! I had made him a cake last night since we were driving today…but I had forgotten to pack our sentimental party flags with us. So to decorate for his party, I spent a little time last night creating a pine cone garland. Our friend Linda Gallagher made one four times as long with pine cones side to side that she has as part of her window treatments. I have always loved it, so she was my inspiration for this one!

I am thankful to have celebrated 53 years of this man’s life with him! A Pine Cone Birthday! Everyone needs one of those!
Finn had to get in on the singing! It’s going to get down to 40° tonight…thus the space heater. Our spectacular almost silent “Vornado” is indispensable on chilly nights.
When Harry made reservations for this campground, he read it was the gold standard of campgrounds. Our friend, Janna Williams calls this type of campground…parking lot campgrounds. We have only been in one other this close and that was in Big Bend National Park.
