September 9, 2022 Ellensburg, Washington Ginkgo Petrified Forest State Park. Site 8
We did find a campground that had space tonight about three hours away, so we left Howard Miller Steelhead Park a day early. We had hoped we would escape the smoke but it seemed to follow us. It is, oh so much better here but when you leave the camper you can smell the smoke on the air and there is a haze over everything!

I am not sure I was successful in posting a comment. I had fun catching up on your travels and meeting Finn. We leave next week for a month long trek towards Maine with our good friends the Carlsons. Happy Trails Suzanne
Suzanne, I think we were with you when you made your first reservation for this trip you on which you are embarking! We love that area, as you know! Will you be sharing so we can follow you? Have the best time ever!❤️K.
