Vagabond Tales- And Then There Were Six

September 27, 2021 Flintstone, Maryland

Rocky Gap State Park

I do the honors for our last sticker of the trip.
Bet you can guess the next big trip Harry is planning!
And it is not Alaska!
We got here early today so we enjoyed a walk around Lake Habeeb.
It was so warm today that there were children swimming and playing on the beach!

We will stay here tonight and tomorrow night and then we head home. The plans tomorrow include exploring Cumberland, Maryland. Maybe I can talk Harry into springing for a meal out!

  1. That map looks awfully good filled out like that. That’s a lot of miles for the truck and camper. So glad we get to tag along virtually as you send your blog updates. We love you. Be careful driving back home.

    1. We have loved having you along with us. We had been puzzling about the lack of color and Mrs. Robb at the Maple Tree farm in Vermont said they were not expecting any color turn this year. They have had an extremely wet season all up and down the seaboard and the leaves are molding and dropping. They are hoping it won’t have an effect on syrup time.
