May2, 2021 1 Hour southwest of Moab, Utah! ***Contest 2 results Video included in this blog.
He drove to Canyonland National Park today. About an hour from our campsite! It was a lot more crowded than any place we have been on this trip!
The National Park sign where we always stop even had a line to take pictures! We waited through one couple jumping a zillion times, trying to get each other mid air. Well, maybe not a zillion but they definitely need to practice their skills! Harry and I will try tomorrow…somewhere, where no one is watching! Do we even remember how to jump?

Our first stop was a short hike to the Mesa Arch! Normally, I do not show you crowd shots but this is the arch with people. I would have liked to get this far back to take it unadorned with people but I had to settle for more closeups of this beautiful formation. You would start to take a shot and a group would jump in front.

It was from this group of students that we asked a young man to do our Contest 2 drawing. You will have to watch the video to see who won!

🙂 I know the winner! Looks like beautiful weather and fun hiking
It was a beautiful day! Dad is getting a bit tired of driving. Wish I could take some of the burden off of him.
What a stunning landscape!!
It was remarkable, Ryan! Hard to take it all in! You would love it!
I’m not there, but boy that may be cooler than the Grand Canyon. Love the details.
We have said that these smaller canyons are easier to see the whole. My favorite view of the Grand Canyon is from a plane! That is awesome!
