Vagabond Tales- You Only Thought You Had Seen Enough Sculpture

I really wish you could see the snow capped mountains better in this picture.
We went to church with our church family
at First Christian Church in Johnson City, TN.

Our plans for today were dashed when we found that the Bandelier National Monument had closed it’s outdoor doors, as well. Boo Hoo! We just puttered around the camper today…doing more laundry, getting our propane filled up here on premises and I baked. Driving down to Canyon Road where many of the art galleries were was exciting and sad at the same time. It was a ghost town but made me put it back onto my bucket list. Onyx needed some walk time when we got back and I took some more shots of Joe Sackett’s sculpture for your enjoyment! Be sure to read the story under the 1949 Diamond T Truck. 😃

I particularly like the “Family Tree”and Butterflies.
I’m not sure I understand the “Angry Woman”?
His fences all have these cool finials on them!
Haven’t you always wondered what happened to
vehicles at the mechanics shop when people didn’t pay?
Our personal sculpture in our back yard.
Packing up and we head for home in the morning!

  1. So sorry you have to come home early. But you have visited more parks than anyone I know and seen more of this beautiful Earth than most people will see in a lifetime. And you’ll go again next year, I’m sure! Please be safe coming home. Love you!

    1. Debbie, we are sorry too, especially Harry with all of his plans but it has been spectacular! God really has done a number on these rocks and mountains here! Love you…prepping to leave as I type! ❤️
