September 15- Arrival at Arnold’s Campground at dinner time yesterday…not my favorite campground of the trip but it is the only one Harry could find with water and electric hook-ups. And a bonus sewer connection made it the winner. We are very close to our neighbors but Patrick, who runs the place, was gracious enough to hold a package for Harry for his birthday. A day late but a good celebration anyway! Thanks M, C, N and K! Sweet surprise!

This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it! Psalm 118:24
We enjoyed worshiping with The Evangelical Covenant Church family in International Falls, MN. this morning. The pastor Mr. D. Johnson, had a good message on God’s love for us!

When you are in MN they don’t sell just sweet corn…it is always super sweet!

I told you I was sharing a little bit of this and that today…Our friend, Ruth Ann shared this corn secret with us several years ago and it works like a champ every time. I think she puts hers in for 4 minutes but our microwave does great with 2 1/2.

Our last National park of the trip is Voyageurs in International Falls, MN. We went today for a hike after church…Glad we stopped in to the Visitor’s Center because we found out some things we weren’t expecting…Onyx can only walk on the bicycle trails -no woodland hikes. And we also found out our 7 hour boating trip planned for Wednesday had been canceled.😳. A private outfitter at Arrowhead Resort. ( common name…not the Arrowhead Point you heard about earlier) gives tours and Harry signed us up for one tomorrow. It is supposed to be as beautiful as it was today and it was in the upper 70’s. We also found out one of the Visitor Centers was closing for the season tomorrow.😳

Big news…the trees are beginning to turn. I even found some fall fungus!
