Vagabond Tales-Rolling Along

August 29- Travel Day. Uneventful travel day to our campground in Indiana. Nice site with a tree smack dab in the middle. Awning out…impossible. No big deal really. If it rains we would rather be indoors and this tree makes great shade.

So since no news, I will shout out to several people who set us up with gifts before we left.

David Gasaway fashioned this tongue stand. It is working like a champ. He was worried it wasn’t the right height but at Tippecanoe River State Park, Harry had to dig it in a couple inches and at Nolin it was the perfect size.

Some of you know, I make bracelets out of buttons to help fund The River Ministry, a safe place for all women to wash clothes, take a shower and feel safe for the day. Well, my granddaughter, Kaitlyn made me a camping bracelet with no instruction from me. I am proud she figured it out all by herself! I told her she would have to join our Button Brigade. What do you think, Stacy Larsen?

And lastly, the gift that got us started marking down the states we camp. Our map of several years ago from Chris and Michelle.

Thank you all for making our trip brighter.
