Vagabond Tales- Go to Spring Training

Yes…wearing our St. Patrick’s Day apparel. Many joined us-which made the stadium green

We have moved on to Colt Creek State Park. Some of you know that Harry is a big Daniel Norris fan…Daniel played for Science Hill and Harry has avidly followed his career. He is currently pitching for the Detroit Tigers and in an effort to see him play, we bought tickets for the spring training game against the Atlanta Braves. He was not on the roster to play, so we watched a good game but unfortunately, were unable to see him. It was a fun day, though! Some random pictures to follow.

We had super seats.
Lunch at Harry’s before the game. 😉

The next few pictures are of around our site. Evidently, we missed the controlled burn by 3 weeks. Then a couple other shots of a hike we took. Onyx was all about the lizards but at the end of the trail she rousted out a snake. It was freaked out, I was freaked out and Onyx came out with a bloody nose. She is fine so I guess it was not poisonous. She was not the least bit concerned.

Close by this pretty lake is the end of the trail where Onyx did her snake wrangling.

Once again we are camping with limited signal. Tough to get calls out let alone blog. We will be here a few for days. Hoping to Kayak tomorrow and maybe get another bike ride in.
