Breaking up our trip home with one last stop to check on our oldest granddaughter at Anderson University. This is her freshman year and she is doing well but we had never been on this campus before!

Anderson has a pretty campus! And the town of Anderson is quite cute…especially at night when they light up the streets with fairy lights in the trees up and down the main street!
Kaitlyn was excited we brought Finn along!
She was a terrific tour guide! I have memories of past college days and pretending to study on the quad! Do you?

We picked up Kaitlyn’s roommate, Emi, and struck out for our Harvest Host, which just happens to be a church, this time. I would fix a deep dish pizza and the girls would make a new recipe to all of us for Strawberry S’mores in baby skillets. We all gave it pretty high marks and the girls turned out to be great bakery chefs!
