May 2, 2021…Moab, Utah
***Remember to get your entries in from yesterday’s contest. Deadline is 12 midnight EST. Sunday evening. You still have time!☺️
Started the day off with worship with our home church and then we packed up and headed out!

I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago.
Isaiah 25:
Today was a travel day. The topography changed almost every half hour we drove. At times, it felt like we were more on the moon’s or mar’s surface than where we had been. Once we got to Moab we had a bit of culture shock. For most of our trip, we have seen few other travelers in these parks. Capitol Reef was more populated than we had seen before on this trip but wasn’t bad. I could still get pictures without people in them but we are sensing these next two parks will give us a challenge not to be in throngs of people. We passed campground after campground and they have been at capacity.

As we drove into Moab, the mountains began to rise again in the distance and once we arrived, we realized the mountains kind of sandwich it. Moab seems to be a town with lots of hotels, restaurants and brewery’s. Crazy traffic and it was a wild time grocery shopping for H and I. Who wants a wild time grocery shopping?
